German Sharpe Books in UK

Post by Welsh Al » Mon Jan 11, 2010 8:38 pm

I'm looking for advice on how to buy Sharpe books (aren't they superb?) in German here in the UK.
I've got some German friends and I want to send them the books. I've tried but I can't understand it and don't know anyone who can speak german.

I've not tried the publisher yet, but does anyone know of a shop or website in the UK dealiin books in foreign languages?.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Welsh AI, welcome to The Mighty Bean!

Why dont you pop into the "Hello" in the Introduction and Welcome Thread? There you can introduce yourself a bit and every member has the chance to say "hello" too! ;-)

To answer your questions, I am German and I have all Sharpe books in English. There are a couple of German Sharpe books available on Your German friends should know about it, here is the link: ... pe&x=0&y=0

There arent many translated Sharpe books, yet but they are about to be translated sooner or later. :-D

Edited: sorry, I overread that you already mentioned its easy to buy there, the same as buying at ;-)
